Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of services do we offer?

We offer group CrossFit classes. Anyone and everyone is welcome in our classes. If you are an individual with a physical or cognitive impairment who feels they need a quieter environment or are new to fitness, we have 3 adaptive-specific classes per week that can help you feel more comfortable as you join our community.

We don’t offer personal training. However, if you are new to fitness, we offer an on-ramp program where you can work 1-1 with a coach temporarily to learn the basics before joining group classes.

While we don’t provide supervision for your kids, we do have a kids room with toys to keep them occupied while you workout. We also have a window that goes directly from the gym floor to the kids room so you can keep your eye on them!

We do not do contracts. There are no hidden fees or timelines to cancelling your membership. Just simply speak to one of our staff.

No need to book a class. If it’s your first time, just show up 15 minutes before class!
